The indicative plans take account of the surrounding constraints and opportunities of this site as well as heritage and technical considerations. This analysis has helped to produce a proposal which we believe will be distinctive, will seek to conserve and enhance the character of the Ropewalks District, whilst offering a unique opportunity to deliver much-needed housing and  commercial uses in a sustainable City Centre location.

PJ Percival have commissioned several reports to support an application, including matters relating to Planning, Heritage, Design and Access, Waste, Noise and Highways.
