43-45 Parr Street: Commercial Uses (337sqm) and Apartments (24 units) over 8 stories
47-55 Parr Street: Commercial Uses (473 sqm) and Apartments (22 units) over 8 stories

THE PLANS
The indicative plans take account of the surrounding constraints and opportunities of this site as well as heritage and technical considerations. This analysis has helped to produce a proposal which we believe will be distinctive, will seek to conserve and enhance the character of the Ropewalks District, whilst offering a unique opportunity to deliver much-needed housing and commercial uses in a sustainable City Centre location.
